 Assisted in developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources goals, objectives, policies, and procedures; assisted in recruiting, planning, implementing, and evaluating short and long-term goals and objectives; managed several investigations and answered grievances for second step responses, and developed and negotiated grievance settlements.
 Achieved a cost saving of $1.3 million dollars for McLaren Great Lansing in the first ten weeks of interning.
