The Incentives Manager for Mopar Vehicle Protection (MVP) is responsible for the management of all MVP Dealer incentive programs that are designed to both increase Mopar Vehicle Protection (MVP) sales volume and maintain overall profitability. The Incentives Manager – MVP is responsible for the effective implementation, management and execution of all facets of MVP incentive programs with all participating dealerships.
The Incentives Manager – MVP will:
•Need to provide clear analysis to support decisions made in the development and refinement of dealer incentive programs
•Demonstrate strong leadership skills and hold suppliers accountable for agreed-upon goals, targets and methods
•Support sales efforts and interact with both the internal and external field force
•Develop and present strategic business development plans to senior managers and stakeholders
•Be a self-starter, energetic and passionate about achieving set goals
•Remain flexible, with the ability to shift work and priorities as needed

Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree
•Minimum 3 years of experience working in sales, marketing or automotive environment
•Possess project management skills and be able to work with confidential information
•Capability of working within short deadlines
•Ability to work in both a self-directed and collaborative team environment
•Experience working with suppliers
•Attention to detail and quality
•Proficient with Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
•Ability to navigate and understand dealer financial statements
•Effective communicator with all different levels of leadership
•Competitive experience with understanding of dealer participation programs
•Experience working with finance and/or accounting
•Dealership experience
