As the Forecasting and Demand Planning Manger your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
•Demand collection and NAFTA forecasting
•NAFTA stocking policy and retention management
•New model ratios, vehicle volumes, and ATB/last time buy forecasting
•Trans-order planning/balance with operations
•Global supply chain convergence and coordination with ROW markets

Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree
•Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics, procurement, operations or forecasting and planning
•Understanding of statistical analysis processes and how to apply them to make incremental improvements
•Drive for discontinuity by encouraging large changes to both the organization and processes
•Experience leading and managing teams
•Able to deliver results through setting expectations and standards to achieve/exceed targets and approaching challenges with energy and resilience
•Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
•Able to estimate and accept risks, make tough calls and accept outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Supply Chain
•Global understanding of materials planning processes
•Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
•Knowledge of service parts flow of material
