The Mopar Labor Relations Generalist is responsible for hourly employment administration, onboarding and orientation of the workforce, workforce analysis, and training and development. The Mopar Generalist will also be heavily involved in employee relations matters, including attendance control, administration and discipline assessment, EEOC and other workplace investigations, administration of the national and local collective bargaining agreements, and grievance handling in a manufacturing environment. This position will require involvement in World Class Logistics activities, and may require the availability to work variable shifts, including weekends. Some travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree
•Minimum of 2 years of HR Generalist, manufacturing or supervisory experience
•Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
•Possess exceptional oral and written communications skills
•Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
•Ability to lead projects
•Strong follow-up skills to support multiple remote locations
•Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
•Able to interact with all levels of management and union officials to accomplish goals
Preferred Qualifications:
•Advanced degree with concentrations in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
•Experience as an HR Generalist in an industrial setting
•Labor relations and employment experience
•Experience working with projects from inception to completion
•Knowledge of human resources information systems
•Knowledge of world-class logistics methodologies
