So what will you actually be doing?
With a strong attention to detail, they will assist in running a work site under & alongside their manager by managing day to day functions and encouraging a strong team environment by empowering associates.
A Customer Service Associate's daily tasks will involve:
•Supervise a 5 person team
•Supervise and cross-train staff / activities to meet/exceed customer expectations.
•Perform various Mail Center activities (sorting, metering, folding, inserting, delivery, pickup, etc.)
•Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
•Complete multiple projects at one time
•Lift heavy boxes, files or paper when needed
•Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
•Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
•Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
•Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
•Take direction from manager
•Ensure quality maintenance of all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
•Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as needed.
•Operating mailing, copy or fax equipment
•Shipping & Receiving
•Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper
•Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
•Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
•Perform other tasks as necessary / assigned

You need great people skills, patience and the ability to multi-task to be good at this job. Other aspects of your background will include:
•Minimum 1 year law firm or legal vendor experience in litigation required
•Minimum of at least two years of supervisory experience
•Experience with manipulating data load files
•Experience in operating office equipment including, but not limited to, copiers, scanners, printers, and multi-function devices
•Must become familiar with a variety of onsite printing and scanning equipment and be capable and willing to perform first level troubleshooting
•Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
•Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and/or Nuance PDF Converter
•Proven experience in high volume/fast paced environment
•Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time with or without accommodations
•Effective written and verbal communication skills
